Finding a business and getting listed are different journeys. One’s about search and comparison, the other’s about claiming your page and building it out. Here’s how both work.
Yes, 1,500 characters on Pro and 5,000 characters on Premium.
Yes. Every listing has one primary category, plus secondary categories where genuinely relevant. Stick to the most specific and accurate categories, stacking unrelated ones to game search isn’t allowed.
Adult or sexually explicit businesses, businesses operating illegally or without required Australian licensing, and fake or duplicate listings.
A business description (1,500 characters on Pro, 5,000 on Premium), opening hours, photos, logo, social links, and a map listing. Premium also adds review replies, deals and discounts, and multiple franchise locations.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. If you downgrade, you keep your current features until your billing period ends.
We’ll email you the specific reason, whether that’s a details mismatch, a duplicate account, or something we couldn’t verify. You can fix the issue and resubmit, or contact us for help.
Verified, Pro and Premium can be cancelled any time, you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled case by case, contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.
Yes, with the Premium plan. Each location gets its own listing under your account.
Claim your listing and update the details yourself, or contact us and we’ll correct them for you.

Up to 1-2 business days. We manually review every claim to keep the directory accurate.
Find your listing, click Claim This Listing, and create an account. Once your email is verified, we’ll review your claim and approve it within 1-2 business days.
